Book The Sixty-Third

Runaways vol 3 by Brian K Vaughn

The continuation of the story of the children of a cabal of villains, running from their parents and trying to find their way in the world.

A worthy story that is no worse than either of the first volumes. A quick but pleasing read.

Books The Twenty-Seventh & Twenty-Eighth

Runaways vols 1 & 2 by Brian K Vaughan

The tale of a pack of teenagers who are thrown together because their parents are, they discover, a cabal of super villains.

Brian K Vaughan’s writing is solid, and there are a few powerful moments, which puts this ahead of a bunch of stuff on the shelves (and a bunch of stuff that I’ve read recently. I must get back to real books soon…)
