Book The Forty-Seventh

Perfume by Patrick Suskind

The story of Jean-Baptiste Grenouille, born with no odour but the best sense of smell in human history, which, y’know, makes him a murder.

This was very well written, and I see entirely why it has the reputation it does, even if it does disappear into its own orifices in the middle.

Read this, if you haven’t already.
